We proudly introduce Pamela Gladding's latest venture, the creation of elegant animated e-cards.
By using her beautiful traditional style of painting, as well as her talent for capturing the beauty of nature, Pamela Gladding has created a variety of animated e-cards for birthday ecards, holiday ecards, valentine ecards, Christmas ecards, Thinking of you ecards, special friendship ecards, anniversary ecards, congratulation ecards, Father's Day ecards, Mother's Day ecards, all occasion ecards.
Pamela Gladding's art work proudly appears on posters, prints, greeting cards, dinnerware, rugs, floormats and she has now taken these images and brought them to life with beautiful graphics and music in the form of ecards.
Pamela's busy studio is nestled in the hills of central Pennsylvania which provide her with the serene beauty of her beloved gardens and a peaceful homestead with her husband and an ever increasing number of dogs and cats. Pamela's traditional training was originally directed towards the decoration of harpsichords for manufacturers in the U.S. and in Europe. This intensive training has provided her with a phenomenal foundation for the understanding and creation of decorative design for gift products, birthday and special holiday greeting cards, and prints.
Her designs are found in stores worldwide. While trends come and go, these designs remain classically eternal; simply elegant. Pamela Gladding is represented for licensing through PM Design Group Inc.

Honor the days on which special people in your life were born. Do something creative and unexpected, and send an e-card maybe. Which, of course, can be very unexpectedly creative!
Here are some of my favorite birthday greeting card sites, some of them free. Remember you can also send, for free, some birthday cards from this site, complete with short poems or quotations:
Back in the year 2000, Jacquie Lawson, an English artist living in the picturesque village of Lurgashall in Southern England, created an animated Christmas card featuring her dog and cats, and her 15th-century cottage, and sent it to a few friends for their amusement. Those friends sent the e-card to others, and within weeks Jacquie was inundated with requests from all over the world to design more e-cards. In February 2002 she teamed up with a few friends and family members to create jacquielawson.com.
Over the years the collection has grown to a current total of 307 e-cards, each one showing a degree of artistry and attention to detail rarely seen in the medium of e-cards. Even the music is composed and arranged specially for each card! We now have a range of birthday e-cards, Christmas e-cards, thank you e-cards, and so on, featuring dogs, cats, teddy bears, flowers, and many other subjects.
A modest yearly membership fee gives you access to the entire range of e-cards and allows you to send as many greetings as you like. You can even get a further discount by joining for two years!
We hope you enjoy browsing our e-cards, and if you're not already a member, we hope you will consider joining us and sharing Jacquie's delightful animations with your friends and family.
Behind the Scenes
Each card we make takes anything from a few weeks to several months to complete. Many of the elements of the animation are actually painted by hand (using real paint, brushes and paper!) because the textures and colours achieved that way are so much more attractive than the electronic equivalent. These paintings are then scanned into electronic form, and the laborious process of animation starts. Finally, the music is created to accent or complement the animation.
